Pacific Color supplies Federal Express Return Service Labels at no charge for items to be sent to our lab. All items should be packaged securely and can be given to a FedEx driver at the time of your delivery, taken to a FedEx / Kinko’s Store or to any FedEx Authorized Mail Centre. If FedEx is required to make a special pick-up of your package, you will be charged a fee. Please make a note of the Tracking Number for your records.
