I have issued payment by cheque/card via the post but my account has not yet been debited?

If payment was issued more than 7 working days ago please contact our Birmingham office to see if we have received the payment or if there was a problem and it had to be returned. We recommend that all payments issued via the post are sent by recorded delivery as the club cannot be held responsible for the postal services. By using recorded delivery you are able to prove the date of postage and in the event of a payment not reaching us until after the due date, by providing proof of postage you will not be charged a late fee.
