I have installed TEMS CellPlanner in a 64bit computer. How can I verify that TCP runs in 64bit mode?
1) Start TEMS CellPlanner and open the Task Manager. Verify that the java.exe (64bit version) is up and running. If you open a TCP project a java.exe*32 will be shown in the Task Manager as well, this indicates that TCP has loaded the license and that the license runs in 32bit mode. 2) Check that the jre64 folder exists in : Program Files (x86)\TEMS Products\TCP 8.
