I have installed SyncWisePro on a new/formatted machine and the Registration ID is different from my original installation. How can I re-register the SyncWisePro software?

SyncWisePro will generate a new Registration ID each time the software is installed on a new or formatted machine. What you need to do is obtain a new Registration Key for the new installation. You can do this either by using the online key generator (found by clicking here) or, if you do not know your login details, you can send the Registration ID to sales@toffa.com, along with your original purchase details, and we will provide you with a new Registration Key.
