I have IBS and notice that your suggestions mention dietary fibre, but large amounts of fibre irritate my digestive system. What do you suggest?
There are substitutes that can be used in place of gluten fibre; it is still important to include plenty of fruit and vegetables in your diet. Note: IBS can be mistaken for a more serious condition such as ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis or Crohn’s disease; if you are concerned please consult your doctor.
