If you see the following dialog box 10Hex Error dialog box while running a test in VibrationVIEW and have Hewlett-Packard printer drivers installed on your VibrationVIEW controller, remove the HP printer from the Printers folder and reinstall it using drivers from the Windows 95 or Windows 98 disk.
