I have heard the term short-form and long-form in connection with surveyd leads. What does this mean?
There are two basic types of survey leads known as short-form and a long-form lead. The difference is in the number of questions that are asked and therefore the number of responses or information that a prospect provides. We normally use long-form surveys that generate more information and the long-form leads are better quality leads as the marketer has more information about the prospect’s level of interest, etc.
