Global Neighbourhood is not a religious organisation. However the founder and director of Global Neighbourhood, Gavin Brown, is a committed Christian and a former minister. His concern for the environment is based in his belief that God requires us to take care of the home that He has given us. He speaks at churches in order to challenge them to become more involved in environmental action.
