No! We have heard these rumors too but we are still here in Tallahassee, Florida and Patricia is still very much the Executive Director! We will be offering retreats by teleconference on the Precious Blood teachings that are necessary to receive your Rose of Perfect Purity and previously were only available in Nigeria.
