No , the process is not noisy it is been done with latest technology which is safe and noise proof also with a good finish of fitting with a good thermal contact.

No, Climaboard® has a unique, patented method by which the aluminium fins are attached to the copper pipes. Because the flange joint is free to expand and contract while still maintaining good thermal contact, in most situations there should not be a problem with noise during heating up and cooling down. However, if you are planning to run the system very hot – over 75C water temperature – we recommend that you install flexible connectors type 03-1001 at strategic points such as corners so that these take up any movement of pipes.
