More power can be had from both Evolution and Twin Cam 88 engines by simply replacing the restrictive EPA mandated mufflers and air cleaners with H-D Screaming Eagle replacement parts, and rejetting the carb. Almost all H-D owners do this as soon as they complete the break-in period, at the recommendation of their dealers. These simple modifications noticeably increase power.
