6 litre toilets have been redesigned since they were first introduced in North America. Low flush toilets don’t rely on large volumes of water to remove waste and they have a more efficient bowl design and increased flushing velocities. The City has made a list of eligible toilets for rebate to ensure that customers are satisfied with the performance of their new toilet.
