I have heard of the benefits of omega-3 for the developing fetus. Any info on safety or recommendation of fish oil capsules?
The long chain omega-3 polyunsaturates are essential for the optimal development of the fetus. They are especially important for the formation of a healthy brain, eyes and nervous system.
