Yes. Act 78 of 2001 requires (effective 01/01/2002) that any United States male citizen or immigrant who is at least 18 years of age, but less than 26 years of age, shall be registered for the United States Selective Service when applying for a regular drivers license, a commercial drivers license or an Identification Card. This registration is in compliance with section 3 of the Military Selective Service Act, 50 U.S.C. et seq.
