No, absolutely not. The IELTS test is jointly owned and administered by University of Cambridge – Local Examination Syndicate, The British Council and The IDP Education Australia. You can take your exams with any of the above administrators. There is no such arrangement where in students from IDP get better scores, that’s just a taboo.
