I have given a switch / redemption request on my investments through NJ E – Account. Now when I try to give switch request the system shows a Message “You have already submitted a request for Switch / Redemption previously.” Why does this happen?

This happens when a request for Switch / Redemption is Under Process and another request is given under the same folio. Upon submitting the Switch / Redemption requests again in the same /folio the unprocessed portion requested previously shall get reduced from the balance units and the effective available balance units are considered.
