I have forgotten my GWeb Information System PIN. How can I retrieve my PIN?
Go to the GWeb Information System log in page and click the “Don’t Know Your PIN?” link. Follow the instructions carefully. There are two ways to retrieve your PIN without having to pick up the telephone. Note: To avoid this problem in the future, set up a security question and answer that you can easily remember. The answer is case-sensitive. Don’t get in the trap of forgetting your PIN at a crucial moment (e.g., during registration or grade entry time). Log in to the GWeb Information System periodically. This will help you remember your PIN and prevent your account from being locked.
