Go to: https://webapps.es.vt.edu/gams/reset.do A password reset ticket will be sent to the third party e-mail address associated with your guest account. You will have 30 minutes to reset the password on your guest account. If more than 30 minutes has passed, you will get an “invalid ticket” message if you attempt to click on the password reset link. You must then reset your guest account password again by using the link above.
