I have forgotten my email and network password. How do I reset it?
If you created a security question when you set up your account, you can reset it using the Reset Password Page. If you can successfully answer the security question, you will be able to reset your password online. However, if you did not set up your security question, or if you have forgotten the answer to your security question, then you will have to contact the Help Desk Action Line.
