Once you complete the Driver Ed To Go Minnesota online driver education course, take your exams and turn in the required paperwork to the Minnesota DVS, you will receive your instruction permit. From there, you can begin driving, so long as you are accompanied by a Minnesota driver over the age of 21 in the passenger seat.
