You can use our website to correct your data until such time that we have electronically submitted your forms to the IRS/SSA. If you find that the option to EDIT/SAVE a form that you have already paid for is no longer present in eFileForBusiness, this means we have already submitted your data and it can no longer be changed on our site. To make the IRS/SSA aware of your corrected information, for 1099’s you will need to get a Red Copy A and 1096, then fill them out and mail them to the IRS. If filing form W-2, you will need to get a W-2C and W-3C then send them to the SSA. The W-2C and W-3C forms can be in black ink so you may print out the forms from the SSA website www.ssa.
