No. On and after October 25, you can use your existing WaMu User ID and Password on chase.com the same way you always have on wamu.com. The account profile associated with your WaMu User ID and Password will include details about your WaMu accounts. The account profile associated with your existing Chase User ID and Password will only include details about your Chase accounts.
