I have entered the same username and password in the iPhones setting menu and the Outlook add-on, however I still get a Username/password do not match error. How do I fix this?

This is a known bug, which involves the length of the note that is associated with the Task. Currently the limit imposed by either the Movers & Shakers or Pink Ribbon app is 500 characters; if any of the Tasks being synced have notes which are longer then 500 characters then you will receive this error. This limit will be removed as part of the next update to our apps. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you.
