I have entered on-line and received a Tax Invoice back by email. I have not heard from the race organisers though – am I entered?
Yes, dont panic! If your cheque or credit card has been cashed/debited then we have most likely received your entry form safely. You will receive a confirmation via email if you supplied an email address. If not, the first thing you will receive is your Race Pack in the mail (if you registered prior to June 17) or an E-ticket telling you where and how to pick up your Race Pack from the Event Expo. Race Packs are mailed out progressively starting from the first week in July to those entrants who specified having their race packs mailed to them. For those entrants who did not opt to have their race pack mailed OR entered after June 17, an E-Ticket will be emailed to you (or posted if you do not have an email address). You will need to print this off and take it to The Sun-Herald City2SurfEvent Expo between August 3 and August 8 located at the Hyde Park Barracks (see Map 4). *Note: You cannot pick up your Race Pack on race day. There will be no exceptions to these mailing dates.
