The first time you will close aMSN with the ‘X’ button in the main window’s border. It should ask you if you want to quit or minimize it to tray. You must choose the ‘Minimize to Tray’ option if you want it to disappear from the taskbar. Alternatively, you can also click the “Minimize to Tray” option from the Account menu.
