I have electronic medical records in my office. Is there a way I can provide the medical record to MedAssurant in some alternative format?
During on-site reviews, a MedAssurant staff member will scan printed copies of your records because their computers cannot import the information at your office. However, if the records can be downloaded and saved to a CD, you can submit the records in that format directly to MedAssurant. Please contact MedAssurant to work through the submission of data in this format.
