I have dual citizenship with another country. What are my chances of getting a security clearance?
Dual citizens can not be granted clearances. Individuals would have to renounce citizenship in the other country, relinquish passports, etc. before DIA could proceed with the security clearance process. The window of time between being selected for the Undergraduate Training Assistance Program and the start of the program in the summer does not allow sufficient time for these procedures to occur.
