I have drilled through to the Transaction Detail from a Budget Summary report, on the GTD Actuals column. Why does the heading say the time period is from July of FY2001 through the month I selected?

Most grant-oriented funds carry forward the actual activity for the life of the fund. Therefore, the time period specified for gathering transactions is all data we have in the data warehouse (starting with July of FY2001).
