I have downloaded the update patch but when I run it the computer tries to install a different program that has nothing to do with VQLog. What am I doing wrong?

Probably you have run the update patch directly from Internet, or you have placed it in your hard disk in a folder that was not empty. Try again following strictly these steps. • Create a new temporary folder (C:\TEMP\VQLOG for instance) and check that it’s really empty. • Download the update patch from http://update.vqlog.com and place it the temporary folder • Run it and follow the update instructions.
