I have done customer service both one-to-one and over the phone since leaving school so that shouldnt be a problem, but is there any other skills which I should emphasise in my CV/application?

A. It really depends on what position you apply for although you should do well with your customer experience. A childrens courier would be needed to have experience with children and/or in entertainment. One of the best things you could emphasise on your CV is any cleaning experience you may have had in the past.
