I have Digicel Vibes service on my phone but I am still not able to access the internet, what should I do?
1. First check if you are getting a signal on your phone. 2. If there is no signal, power the phone off then power on and try again. 3. If there is no response please call Digicel Customer Care 145 and an Agent will be happy to assist in solving the problem or give information on where one can go to get the problem resolved.
