I have difficulty seeing in the dark, Can anybody tell me about night blindness.?
i also have difficulty seeing in the dark, for eg, in cinemas. I do not know whether is it because i have night blindness or what because I do not know how much light should a normal eyes receive so I can’t tell. But for ppl like me, we can strengthen our night blindness by training it to wander in the dark. Walk slowly and try not to look at the object directly.
