I have difficulty organising all these separate video files. How can I watch all of them in order without switching from file to file?

The easiest way is to use a media player such as iTunes or VLC Player to build a ‘playlist’ of the files. Then when ‘Play’ is initiated from within that program, the files so organised will play sequentially without stopping.
