You should put the highest seasonal nightly price for the property in this box. The listing will state that this rate is NOT inclusive of taxes, cleaning fees, and linens. You do have the option to list all seasons and respective pricing. Although this option is more time consuming up front in the long run it saves time since renters have more accurate information about your property.
