We are not in the business of providing medical advise. You should talk with your health professional. Ask them if stevioside is safe for diabetics, and if it will raise blood sugar levels. If they say it is not safe, or raises blood sugar levels ask them for current studies supporting their answer. We have found that some health professionals say Stevioside has a particular concern for diabetics because it contains maltodextrin.
