Delete the entire Schedule A wording, then press the Save button. For more detail, see How to use the Action List in the Due Diligence section of titleplus.lawyer donedeal.com. I cannot find TD Canada Trust in the Confirmed Lenders Chart. This is a marketing name. Confirm how the charge will be registered (e.g., The Toronto-Dominion Bank).
