If you’ve created a gallery with no original anime art, then you risk having your gallery banned immediately. Artbook scans, banners, logo’s, etc. do not count. You preferable should have at least one production cel, genga, or douga uploaded on your gallery before you open. The whole idea of opening an anime gallery is to have anime art to display. Soon it will be a default and mandatory setting to have artwork uploaded, before you can open a gallery site.
