A. Yes, Elite Home Management is a property management company offering management of vacation rental homes. We use a licensed, insured pool company to clean and service the pool and spa weekly. A licensed and insured lawn company to service the lawn weekly. Maid service staff to clean between bookings and a team of maintenance men to carry out light maintenance on the home. We also check each home weekly when vacant and meet with renters offering them 24 hour emergency assistance and a contact person for any questions they may have regarding the area, directions or anything else we may be able to help with.
