Delete your spam rule and re-create it again. Don’t copy and paste from the instructions. Manually type in the information as shown on the CIS help page. Not all spam messages will be caught and some messages may falsely be marked as spam. In is important to configure your spam rule to move messages to a folder called spam instead of deleting the messages altogether. This way you can quickly view the spam folder. If any messages in the spam folder are not really spam then you will need to create another rule to those messages.
