I have completed Science One at UBC. How will my Biology and General Chemistry grades be factored into my prerequisite average?
As Science One is not explicitly associated with specific courses, but completion of the program satisfies the entrance requirements for second year courses in these subjects, the Admissions Office will use the composite mark received and assign 8 credits for the approximate course match of first year general chemistry and 6 credits for the first year biology prerequisite requirements, plus BIOL 140 (2 credits) which is a separate course with its own assigned grade.
