After 3 nights, you qualify for the ByRequest level of benefits. The ByRequest level offers a welcome snack and drink, your room prepared the way you prefer it with pillow type, bed type and room location and in room extras like towels, coffee and pillows The ByRequest Manager at the hotel will prepare a welcome snack and drink for your arrival which will be a selection of items from your profile.
