Yes. Objectives of different certificates are different. While SquareTrade is more geared towards ‘Individual’ CMM/ISO focus on Process quality. While it is true that customers needs drive our markets, it is the degree of faith in the market that drives customer needs to be transformed into seeds of our business, which is mutually beneficial for consumers and providers alike.
