Apart from selecting the option Automatically shut down when scan completes, when the scan has started, also make sure you have chosen Auto-Remove under the section Response when a virus is found (Entry: Tools | Options | Scan | Manual Scan). Only when you have selected these two options can KIS 9 turn off your computer. 36. How does KAVDX scan for viruses in safe mode with command prompt? 1. First restart your computer.
