I have chafing thighs – what sort of exercise is good for slimmer legs?
Losing overall body weight may help with this. If you get chafing during exercise, I would look into wearing something like bike shorts or really tight fitting clothing. Because the legs are the biggest muscle group in the body, you will want to exercise them to burn the most calories. I would do a combination of lifting weights and cardio. If you can afford a trainer then go that route. You can also try doing things like exercise TV. If you enjoy doing sports, then do more of it. Another thing you may want to consider, is if you shave your legs, try not shaving there, so the hair can help with the glide.
