I have called and left a message with ResNet but they have not called me back, what do I do?

ResNet is often very busy with connectivity issues arising with students. If a Resnet has called and left a voice mail follow their instructions as to what to do next. If you called and left a message and have not heard from your ResNet in a 2 day period, you may call the ResNet extension and leave another voicemail. Please do not flood the ResNet mailbox with messages, the more voicemail’s there are, the longer it will take the ResNet to sort through them and begin to visit the students.
