I have both OS X and OS 9 (Classic mode) on my Macintosh. Can I use one installed Focoltone ICCS on both operating systems?

No. In a Macintosh OS X machine that supports multiple Startup Disk, Focoltone ICCS only works on the system that you choose to install. E.g. Focoltone ICCS can be installed on OS X but will not work on OS 9 or vice versa.
