I have both OS X and OS 9 (Classic mode) on my Macintosh. Can I install Focoltone ICCS seperately on both operating system?

It depends on whether your operating systems are on different partition of the disk. If you were having these operating systems on different partition of the hard disk, you can install more than once on different partition/operating system. But if you were having both operating systems on the same partition, you can only install once on one of the operating system.
