I have booted up the ExpertEraser and started the erasure process, but ExpertEraser stops and I get this error message “Bus hung”, whats wrong?

There is a problem with the ATA standard compatibility of either the hard drive or the motherboard (chipset) or both. The ExpertEraser is communicating directly with the hard drive and therefore need to have an ATA compatible hard drive/motherboard combination.
