A. Firstly, please note that PetLinx 2 is not fully compatable with Windows Vista or 7. If you intend to upgrade your computer to one of these versions of Windows we recommend you first upgrade to PetLinx 4. On a Vista/7 computer, PetLinx 4 stores certain information in a different way than PetLinx 2 did and there are a number of steps you need to take first. Please contact us for further information on fixing this.
