A. Your key and keybox shackle each have their own unique codes that allow you access. The owner only knows the shackle code or PIN number. If an incorrect code is entered more than 10 times, the DisplayKEY will time out for 10 minutes. You can verify the code you are using by calling the SCCAOR Membership Department at 408-445-8500 or 408-445-5066.
